Programme Overview
Tech Graduate Trainee
12Months Duration
1–3Placements Per Graduate
6Specialist Tracks Available
This 12-month structured programme is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with less than 1 year of experience.
You’ll rotate across 1 to 3 placements, each lasting 3 months, with roles assigned based on your strengths and business needs.
It’s built on a simple belief: The future of tech belongs to those who can apply AI into business solutions, not just learning the theory.
Programme Criteria
Who We Are Looking For
- 01CGPA Requirement
Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above.
- 02Age Requirement
26 years old and below.
- 03Academic Qualification
Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Mathematical Sciences and equivalent, or any degree holders with strong interest and technical certifications in IT/Cyber Security/Data Science fields.
- 04Work Experience
Less than one year of full-time work experience post-graduation.
- 05Academic Status
Obtained final exam results.
- 06Personal Attributes
Excellent communication skills, energetic high achievers and team players.
