Programme Overview
Tech Graduate Trainee
This 12-month structured programme is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with less than 1 year of experience.
You’ll rotate across 1 to 3 placements, each lasting 3 months, with roles assigned based on your strengths and business needs.
It’s built on a simple belief: The future of tech belongs to those who can apply AI into business solutions, not just learning the theory.
Programme Criteria
Who We Are Looking For
- 01CGPA Requirement
Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above.
- 02Age Requirement
26 years old and below.
- 03Academic Qualification
Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Mathematical Sciences and equivalent, or any degree holders with strong interest and technical certifications in IT/Cyber Security/Data Science fields.
- 04Work Experience
Less than one year of full-time work experience post-graduation.
- 05Academic Status
Obtained final exam results.
- 06Personal Attributes
Excellent communication skills, energetic high achievers and team players.

The programme is open to recent graduates from technology-related disciplines who are looking to build strong, practical foundations at the start of their careers.
Do I need work experience?
Prior full-time work experience is not required. We value internships, academic projects, hackathons, and personal portfolios as indicators of your capabilities and initiative.
What degrees are accepted?
We welcome applicants from Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science,and any related fields.
How long is the programme?
The programme is designed as a 12-month structured experience, combining rotational placements, project exposure, and continuous learning.
What does the application process look like?
The selection process consists of five stages: online application, initial screening, interview or assessment, final selection, and onboarding into the programme.
When will candidates be notified for the application status?
Shortlisted candidates will be notified following the screening stage.
